Refund policy

General Policy
The following terms apply to all purchases made through IMPREVU in Peru and the United States.
IMPREVU offers the possibility of one (1) exchange per order if the customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase. After an exchange has been completed, no further exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
All items must be returned:
In original condition
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
With original tags attached
IMPREVU reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges (Primary Solution)
We prioritize exchanges (e.g., size or fit adjustments) to ensure you receive the correct product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
Only one exchange per order is permitted

Peru Policy (No Refunds)
Exchanges Only
For orders within Peru, refunds are not offered.
Customers may request one (1) exchange only, subject to the conditions outlined above.

Exchange:
A S/5 mobility fee applies for exchange coordination

Provinces
Exchange:
The customer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for the replacement item

Important
Refunds will only be issued in cases of verified manufacturing defects or order errors.

United States Policy
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Payment Processing Fees
Payments made via credit or debit card may be subject to non-refundable processing fees
Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refunded amount

 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, IMPREVU will:
Replace the item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund

 Legal & Compliance
This policy is provided in accordance with applicable laws, including guidelines from the Federal Trade Commission for U.S. customers.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
IMPREVU reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of:
Fraud or abuse
Unauthorized resale
Items returned in unsatisfactory condition
